"Most Distinguished" War College graduate. Master's Degree in Operations Research. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Technical specialty in metrics (Measures of Performance, Measures of Effectiveness, Measures of Policy Effectiveness), inter alia. Independent of both major political parties. Staunch believer, supporter, and defender of the U. S. Constitution, that last against all enemies, foreign OR DOMESTIC.
